Day 1:   Arrive Auckland
On arrival at Auckland airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your accommodation (self drive passengers collect rental car on arrival).  Known as the City of Sails", Auckland is New Zealand's largest and most vibrant city offering an array of cosmopolitan experiences.  Enfolded by two huge harbours, Auckland is an environment that's alive with cultural excitement and sea-flavoured challenges.

Day 2:   Auckland - Spa de Serville
Poised above the waters in the new Princes Wharf development, adjacent to the Hilton Hotel, Spa de Serville has all the sophistication of Paris, London or New York delivered to downtown Auckland.  Today you will enjoy two hours of relaxing and therapeutic treatments some of which include aromatherapy massages, Vichy aqua treatments, skin facials, manicure and pedicures.  

Day 3:   Auckland - At Leisure
Today is at leisure to relax or explore what Auckland has to offer.  Perhaps visit Kelly Tarlton's Underwater World and Antarctic Encounter, take a cruise on Auckland Harbour or make your way to the top of the Sky Tower for spectacular views of Auckland city (additional cost).

Day 4:   Auckland - Rotorua
Farewell Auckland as you make your way along the southern motorway.  Suburban scenery gradually gives way to the farmland of South Auckland as you travel to Bombay, a major market gardening area.  The Waikato River will then accompany you for much of your journey through the green countryside as you travel to the inland city of Hamilton, a city carved in two by the mighty Waikato River.  Your journey then continues through the fertile Waikato region before arriving at the geothermal wonderland of Rotorua.

Day 5:   Rotorua - Polynesian Spa
Choose the morning or afternoon to enjoy some time out at the Lake Spa Retreat at Polynesian Spa.  Arrive an hour before the treatment time to have Spa Orientation before soaking in the luxurious lake Spa retreat pools.  Then enjoy a half hour back massage to relieve tension in the muscles, follow with a skin refreshing Mini Facial and then relax back while having your hand and toe nails scrubbed, shaped and conditioned or painted.

Day 6:   Rotorua - At Leisure
Today is at leisure to relax or explore the "thermal city".  Optional activities include a visit to one of the local thermal reserves, a cruise on Lake Rotorua, a four wheel drive excursion to the summit of Mt Tarawera, or perhaps a visit to the award winning Rainbow Springs trout pools and farmshow (additional cost). 

Day 7:   Depart Rotorua
Sadly your time in New Zealand comes to an end as you transfer to or return your rental car to the airport for your onward flight.  Here, we bid you a fond farewell to your homeland and hope you leave with many happy memories of your stay in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
