Day 1:   Arrive Kerikeri, Northland
On arrival at Kerikeri airport you collect your rental vehicle before making your way to your accommodation in Matauri Bay.  Once you arrive at your luxury retreat, the day is at your leisure.

Day 2:   Golf at Kauri Cliffs

Today enjoy a round of golf at Kauri Cliffs.  This par 72 championship course was designed and built by David Harman of Golf Course Consultants, Orlando, Florida and measures 6510 metres/7119 yards off the championship tees.  Set on 4500 acres of rolling coastal farmland, the course at Kauri Cliffs was designed to harmonise with the natural features of the land.  Fifteen holes view the Pacific Ocean, six of which are played alongside cliffs which plunge into the sea.  The beautiful inland holes wind through marsh, forest and farmland.  Offering five sets of tees, this course offers a challenge to players of every skill level.  Electric cart hire is included.  After your round, relax and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Day 3:   At Leisure
Enjoy the day at leisure on this beautiful property and perhaps partake is some of the many activities available nearby, including world famous game fishing, sailing and sea kayaking or take a guided tour to Ninety Mile Beach, Doubtless Bay, historic Russell or the Waitangi Treaty House (additional cost). 

Day 4:   Northland – The Far North
Travel to the Far North today to reach the beautiful Karikari Peninsula.  The peninsula is renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches, particularly Tokerau and Karikari Beaches, as well as many secluded coves.

Day 5:   Golf at Carrington
Today enjoy a round of golf at Carrington.  This par 72 course was designed by American golf course designer Matt Dye and measures 6533 metres/7145 yards off the black tees.  The unique feature of the Carrington golf course is that, although it has an ocean-side location, it looks and plays like an "inland golf" course, complete with rolling hills, vales, and natural water hazards. It is not a typical "tabletop" ocean-side golf course, which is sighted on a flat plateau with man-made obstacles, produced from artificial contouring of the land. Instead, Carrington stresses the natural contours of its location on the gently sloping lower levels of a hill side site adjacent to the Pacific Ocean.  Electric cart hire is included.

Day 6:   At Leisure
At leisure today to enjoy some of the many activities available in the region.  Perhaps enjoy a wine tasting at the lodges own vineyard, Karikari Estate, take a walk, indulge in a massage or just relax and take in the surroundings (additional cost).

Day 7:   Depart Northland
Sadly your time in New Zealand comes to an end as you return your rental car to Kerikeri airport for your onward flight.  Here, we bid you a fond farewell to your homeland and hope you leave with many happy memories of your stay in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
