You can add it to your list of highly recommended B&Bs. Aachen House, Koura Lodge, Browns Boutique Hotel and Lime Tree Lodge were also outstanding. We found everyone we met in New Zealand extremely friendly and helpful. Rental car arrangements went very smoothly. The Kruse commentary was a wonderful addition to our pleasure in your beautiful country. I especially enjoyed the many Maori legends, well told by the narrator.

Its been a little while since we returned from NZ, and have been meaning to write a short note. In fact I don't think the holiday could have been better, the organisation your end ran very smoothly from ours, seamlessly meandering from one point to the next gently pushed along by the unassuming companies that you had look after us. From the helicopter trip to Waieke Island and Charlie's enthusiastic tour of the vineyards, Kay's homely fell to Lodge at 199, to the team at Azur who were made us feel more like friends than customers. There are probably just too many people I could mention/thank that made us not only feel welcome but also part of their world if only for a day. Its rare that we send such comments in this day and age as so many hotels and holiday companies expect great payment for not much service or input. The styles of accommodation on arrival at the first lodge were a surprise at start which turned into a refreshing and very much accepted change from our Norm without ever dropping standards or going outside our comfort zone. The trip was fantastic, a shame that the weather closed in on us for the Heli hike and the whale watching however it gives us an excuse to return at some point soon. Thanks once again for the arrangements, am sure we'll be in touch for the next vacation that way.

Ian our driver from Queenstown to Greymouth was fantastic with his stories about the area and personal experiences. What I thought was great was your availability to any of my concerns or changes. You made it more personalized and we greatly appreciated being able to talk with you. My life long dream was to go to Australia, but my son talked me into including New Zealand.
